Inner peace

Inner peace: ANOTHER EXERCISE TO FEEL LIFE

Why is it so difficult to enjoy existence, and inner peace? Many people have asked me this question:

And the answer is simple. It all depends on which direction you look.

Inside there is a life pulsating constantly, but we almost never look inwards.

And that is where we must start the journey to connect with existence and inner satisfaction.

Of course, this trip has a particularity: The mind must first empty itself; and unfortunately the mind is always full.

The mind will continuously tell you: “To feel alive, you have to achieve this or that, you have to work hard and you have to work hard.” And then you start getting involved in a rampant gallop by obtaining objects.

But anything you get outside cannot really give you more than you already are.

The more things you accumulate, the more life has been wasted, because they have to be bought at the cost of living.

Then one day fear ensues and questions arise: “What am I achieving for my inner satisfaction? Where am I coming? What have I done with what I call “life “?

It is true that there is nothing wrong in having prestige, comfort, or power.

Harmonizing

But when you put the emphasis on broadening outward and not deepening; then you cannot find the spring, you stay existentially dry and you realize that everything has been a run after the wind, that in your flight through life you have used only one wing and you have not harmonized.

Going Deep

I’m going to give you an exercise that can help you dig deep into the wellspring of existence.

The word Satisfaction has as synonyms: pleasing, happy, joy, pleasure, delight, euphoria. The word satisfaction etymologically comes from a Greek and Latin root meaning TO SEED.

Unfortunately, the human mind has a predilection for dissatisfaction, discontent.

Just do the test and ask the people: How do they feel? They almost never say to you: “I am full, satisfied, complete; I’m not missing anything”. Quite the opposite.

Understand that when you take more into account your pain, your suffering and your misery, you continue to sow, you continue to accumulate more of the same. And that has been the result of your own choice.

This is why I want to give you an exercise that can help you on the journey to the very bowels of life.

This exercise will seem crazy, so I recommend that you do not start thinking about it and just do it consistently.

EXERCISE

Revert your tendency to feel the suffering and try to feel the satisfaction at all times of your life.

Become the satisfaction itself regardless of the situation in which you find yourself, feel it deep and identify with it without seeking any explanation, constantly evokes the feeling of satisfaction, accumulates satisfaction.

The key point iconsists in accumulating satisfaction. Literally: Drink satisfaction and breathe satisfaction!

It is feeling that you are full of satisfaction without there being any reason for it.

Do it just for fun, have fun, play to be the same satisfaction, taste it.

I advise you to do it for a month, consistently, without abandoning or fainting.

Let me finish with this reflection: WHEN THE WAY OF LOOKING THINGS, CHANGES; THE THINGS WE LOOK AT, CHANGE.
