Harmony with Life: Brief introduction to the section.

HARMONY IN TODAY’S WORLD

Harmony with life. If you put a frog in a pot of boiling water, she immediately tries to leave.

But if we put the frog in water at room temperature and not scared her, she stays quiet.

When the temperature rises from 21 to 26 degrees, the frog does nothing, and even seems to have a great time.

As the temperature increases, the frog is increasingly more dazed, and finally is unable to get out of the pot.  Although nothing stop her from get out, she stays there and she is cooked.

Cooking in suffering

In the same way there are people who, dazed and lacking of tools, live cooking permanently in suffering.

According to current trends (World Health Organization) it is expected that by 2020 mental disorders will rank in second place, behind ischemic heart disease, but ahead of all other diseases.

The well-being of their lives for most of the  people is affected seriously in modern times regardless of the chronological age that you have.

Human Ecology named as the “fifth scientific perspective”, it is related to sociology, and cultural anthropology, social psychology, demography and human geography, from a holistic approach.

It points out that although causes of the cracking of the human well-being are multiple and sometimes obscure there is a common factor that permeates all these causes and it is that the man is disharmonized with the existence.

That means that man experiences the gradual loss of the joy of living and the enjoyment of what is done.

However, when the person is harmonized with the existence, the frequency of his existence change, it is as if he is floating.

He experiences a great peace and overflowing joy, as if he is coupled with everything, as if everything fits.

And that is called happiness, ecstasy.

Unfortunately for some people there are only isolated moments when they feel that ineffable harmony with existence, the well-being with life.

RESULTS OF BEING HARMONISED.

Being in harmony with life is like drinking serenity and breath satisfaction.

Of course, everyone would like that; but the question is: how to achieve it? It is obvious that by trying to make a mental effort it is not enough.

Probably you’ve already tried it; and you got only small glimpses of that State. And it is not that the mind does not serve for this, is that we are using it in the wrong way.

For this reason it is given to you what we call “Harmony”.

And “Harmony is focused in: Provide you with the tools so that you can achieve that long-awaited tune with the ALL and answer the most pressing questions that impede the understanding of what it means to have a well-being with life.
